A recent issue of The Edge Newsletter from Adobe Systems directed readers to the BBC Sports Interactive Snowboard Guide. Using Macromedia Flash, the site combines video, voiceover, and annotations to provide the novice with the basics of snowboarding including basic moves and advanced techniques. Those who are already "in the know" can add their own video clips. This is an interesting site that provides a hint of what the web may indeed become as a tool for teaching and the sharing of information.
