Web Developer. Portland, OR. Client Services. The Web Developer position is responsible for excersizing a wide range of disciplines in order to produce product. Knowledge of middleware programming, scripting languages, markup languages, graphic design, and communication skills, is used to assemble Web sites and operate effectively in a web team environment. Web Developers must follow the design specification laid out by the other branches of the design and production team. This position and all expenses relating to this position are billable to clients or against internal project budgets.
