"This Is Broken" is project to make businesses more aware of their customer's frustrating experience and how to fix it. The site manager, Mark Hurst, is an Internet consultant who specializes in improving the "customer experience" of corporate and commercial Web sites.
His site presents examples of things that don't work sent to him from around the world. Many of these submissions are digital photos and screen shots. Some are quite humorous yet can be an embarrassment for a company.
The site is a forum where consumers can air their gripes about everything from hidden hotel costs, baffling error messages, and bad road signs to mention a few. It is a great site for designers to explore and learn from other's design errors.
